Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop person-centred support plans
- Review cases, focusing on strength-based work
- Engage in safeguarding responsibilities
- Manage a complex caseload within a fast-paced environment
To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:
- 1+ years' experience in a similar social work role
- Diploma/Degree in Social Work
- Registered with Social Work England
- Demonstrated experience with complex caseloads and strength-based reviews
